Chris is a procurement analyst with over 30 years of experience in contract management and procurement policy development in both industry and the Federal Government. He currently serves as a procurement analyst at U.S. Custom and Border Protection, and specializes in quality assurance file reviews, developing and presenting procurement training classes, audit liaison between the CBP Procurement Directorate and GAO, and Recovery Act procurement policy.
As NCMA Fellows Chair, Chris leads efforts to recruit and guide Chapter candidates through the application process. As well, Chris serves as an instructor in the Chapter CPCM review class, and at the national level, as a member of the NCMA Awards and Honors Committee. He is also a regular contributor to the NCMA magazine, Contract Management.
