Naila Scott serves as vice president, government contracts director for Ketchum Public Relations’ Social Marketing Practice. She has extensive experience managing the business side of government contracting, including government contract administration (T&M, FFP, CPFF, CPAF, IDIQ and GSA contract vehicles), cost/price proposals, financial management and reporting, project management, budgeting, ISO 9001-2000, Earned Value Management, and ARRA reporting.
Ms. Scott manages overall contracting for Ketchum’s numerous government contracts, including multiple task orders for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services; Anti-Trafficking in Persons Division for the Administration for Children and Families, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services; Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; National Telecommunications and Information Administration, Department of Commerce; and the Federal Communications Commission.
Ms. Scott is a member of the DC Chapter of the National Contract Management Association, and serves on its executive committee. Ms. Scott is also a 2011 candidate for Certified Federal Contracts Manager.
