April Dinner Meeting: Emerging Issues in the Federal Supply Chain

  • Arts Club of Washington 2017 I Street Northwest Washington, DC, 20006 United States (map)

COVID brought home the need to address the security of the nation's supply chain. Global conflicts, criminal and nation state actors, and more are challenging the supply chain. Congress and the Executive Branch have taken steps to address these challenges. On April 1, the FAR Council announced they would be amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to add the framework for a new FAR part (Part 40) on information security and supply chain security. NCMA DC is excited to welcome Susan Warshaw Ebner, a partner in Stinson LLP, on Wednesday, April 17 for a discussion of these supply chain challenges and steps being taken to address them.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE? Your ticket price includes a networking half hour with complementary drinks and hors d’oeuvres, a gourmet meal, wine during dinner, and free parking in the Arts Club garage (located off 20th street).
