The Executive Committee of the NCMA-DC Chapter is pleased to announce its election of Tom Sharpe as it’s President for the chapter program year 2020. Tom is Co-Founder of Onetegrity LLC, a professional services firm, and is a former Commissioner of the Federal Acquisition Service, GSA.

We welcomed Shanna Webbers, Chief Procurement Officer at the Internal Revenue Service, who spoke to a packed house at our January dinner meeting. She shared how IRS’s reorganization aligns with the recently published white paper, Preparing for the Future of Contracting, by NCMA and Management Concepts.

The NCMA DC Chapter was recognized with a Chapter Excellence Award at the Government Contract Management Symposium (GCMS) in December 2019. This award is designed to recognize the most outstanding chapters based on a set of criteria for determination.
