NCMA DC is pleased to announce the premier session of its NEW CCMA Study Class will kick off in Summer 2022. Classes will be held virtually via MS Teams (login details to follow) and led by Dr. Jayati Sendasgupta. Classes will run from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM on Tuesday evenings from June 7, 2022- July 5, 2022. As always, the class is free to NCMA members. Non-members may also participate for a nominal fee.
NCMA certifications are considered the gold standard for contract management excellence. These certifications are awarded to candidates who meet rigorous standards - including work experience, education, training, and knowledge. The Certified Contract Management Associate (CCMA) designation is the newest of NCMA’s prestigious certification.
The CCMA is awarded to those who meet education, training, and/or experience requirements and who demonstrate knowledge of the Contract Management Standard (CMS). It is intended to serve as a stepping stone to higher level NCMA certifications. To be eligible for the CCMA, you must have a Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution OR one year of work experience in contract management or a related field AND training equivalent to at least 40 CPE.
The Contract Management Standard Publication-Second Edition is required for the Course. The CMS is free to download from NCMA, regardless of membership status.
